KIDDOS ----PLEASE, make sure kids are being supervised constantly and not left alone to roam freely through the studio / or left alone with the setups or props, or in the prop area. THE PROP AREA IS NOT A PLAY AREA.
DIRTY DIAPER FEE + BATHROOMS: Please take soiled diapers with you, do not leave them behind! ANY DIAPER TRASH LEFT BEHIND WILL INCUR A $25 fee. Sorry for any inconvenience, but appreciate your help with this. Please double check after littles/clients using the restroom to make sure toilet is flushed and the whole bathroom is left clean, to avoid additional fees.

Photographers: You may enter 5 minutes (max) earlier than your start time, to prep. *clients should wait for their photographer before entering.
except for water, No food or drinks in the studio. Food stains/residue will result in additional cleaning fees. (if you are showcasing a food product shoot - but not consuming - it is ok)
• Keep the front and back door LOCKED while shooting to avoid interruptions and for general safety precautions.
LEAVING:
• return ALL props and furniture where you found them to avoid a studio reset fee.
Make sure both front and back doors are locked before you leave. jiggle the front door to double check it's locked. ($25 fee for leaving the studio unlocked.) (+ fee for leaving the lights on.)
-- Your rental time is EXACT. Entering early or going over your scheduled time will result in being charged an overage fee of $5 per minute. (charged automatically to card on file, or card info must be sent). Staying over your time is only a cushion in case you are running late during your shoot. YOU MUST TEXT FIRST before staying late to see if time is available: 817-676-5764
• EXITING THE STUDIO: you will leave through the back door. Press the lock icon (bottom right on keypad) to lock the door back, when you leave. Wait for the blue checkmark and you are all set!

LIGHTING:
** in case of cloudy, overcast, rainy conditions, plan for alternate light source to natural (sun) light. Bringing lighting equip/ or flash to bounce is advised. We also have a large constant light and overhead lights. ** and of course - open up the curtains for more light! We have clear clips in the cart by the front door to clip them open. **We cannot guarantee the lights work, but please let us know if there's an issue.

• We do not allow: smoking of any kind, vaping, tobacco products, candles, flames, (no smoking or vaping within 25 feet of the studio entrance) food, drinks, coffees. NO GLITTER!, body oil, body glitter, bubbles, no guns, firearms or weapons of any kind. Pets allowed with pet fee only, per pet. max 3 pets in studio at a time.

Studio owners are not responsible for non-reading on the part of the renter. i.e., failure to read the studio entry code, leading to inability to enter the studio at the designated start time.
